Welcoming guests and your family home; light plays an important part in the first impression and overall feel of the home.  In this instance, we were not able to recess accent fixtures into the ceiling, instead using surface-mounted fixtures to achieve the same effect; illuminating artwork, grazing stone, uplighting the ceiling, and providing task lighting where needed.
